Part 2 Midterm

What is Watson? Why is it so much harder for a computer to compete on jeopardy than to play chess? Do you think this is good thing? Will computers like this help or hurt people? What problems can computers solve? Are computers going to take away more jobs? Will computers eventually take over the world? What do you think?

Watson is a computer of IBM in which it has power 7 processors. It is very different, Watson understands the questions of Jeopardy. The questions of Jeopardy consist thinking, being confident and different. That's what Watson is about. It's hard for a computer to compete on Jeopardy than to play games, the computer will get confused of the meaning of the words and get the question wrong.
Yes, I think this is a good, computers are very smart. But us as humans need to be smart as well. I think this will help people because in health care natural languages are very important. That is exactly what Watson does. Computers can solve questions that has to do with different ways words are used and being different.
Computers are going to take over more jobs because it can do a better job than humans, which is processing a way a word is used. It can run many problems at once to find out how to process the language. I think that computers are going to take over the world because they are very smart and fast. They're working on stuff to make technology greater each day. People depend on computers in an every day life and if it has a brain of its own it can take over our life.
